"What if we could bottle solar energy so it could be used to power our homes and factories even when the sun doesn't shine?" Article by Wayt Gibbs.
Humans love their fat sugar and salt and according to an article by Food In Canada Dot Com. We need to be eating about half our food in fruit in vegetables eliminate the sugar and lower the amount of grains.
“We simply can’t all adopt a healthy diet under the current global agriculture system,” said study co-author Prof. Evan Fraser, holder of the Canada Research Chair in Global Food Security and director of U of G’s Arrell Food Institute. “Results show that the global system currently overproduces grains, fats and sugars, while production of fruits and vegetables and, to a smaller degree, protein is not sufficient to meet the nutritional needs of the current population.”
"The researchers also found that shifting production to match nutritional dietary guidelines would require 50 million fewer hectares of arable land, because fruits and vegetables take less land to grow than grain, sugar and fat."

A Consistently Positive MindHow do you create a consistently positive mind?
It's actually quite simple. You simply maintain a persistently positive focus!
I wish I had know this when I was eighteen years old. My life would have been a lot less turbulent, and I wouldn't have struggled so hard with all of my challenges. Although I had grit, goals, and God on my side, things would have been easier if I had a persistently positive focus.
It's easy to be positive for a nanosecond, but being positive for days and weeks is hard. That's where persistence comes in. You have to relentlessly keep at it if you want to make it happen.
The only way to have a consistently positive mind is to live with intention. You have do it on purpose. That means you create and execute a program that bombards your mind with positive things all day long.
What do you put in your program?
1. Positive self-talk
2. Positive affirmations
3. Positive scriptures
4. Positive podcasts
5. Positive pictures
6. Positive music
7. Positive books
8. Positive memorization
You have at least sixteen waking hours each day in which to fill your mind with positive things. Any combination of these eight things can maintain a persistently positive focus.
Memorize the following law of the mind:
A persistently positive focus creates a consistently positive mind.
Repeat these words until your mind repeats them back to you. Once this law is firmly embedded in your consciousness, you will have discovered the secret of how to create a consistently positive mind.
If you really want to be positive, nobody can stop you.
They were selling boxes of limes for $26 at the local cash and carry so I decided to pick one up. It worked out to about a dime a lime...Nice rhyme. But I digress. So my friend stops by and I started squeezing limes to make us some lime aid. I'd squeezed 3 limes into his glass and was going to fill it with some water and stevia when he grabs the glass gives me a wink and downs the entire thing! No water, no stevia, just pure fresh squeezed lime juice. Whoa that's pretty sour Harry! Harry just gave me a wink and says "any fresh juice is good for You and limes are great for your liver and they help with digestion and have a low glycemic index." Yes, I know says I and they are loaded with vitamin C which has been shown helps your body break down fat when exercising. One lime has 22% of the vitamin c your body requires according to the DEA or FDC or one of those governmental organizations that we can't live without. I also think limes have have what I call Unicorn benefits, Unicorn benefits are the ones with no factual basis in the real world which can make them seem even more real and special, like the fact they are green. green is without a doubt one of the coolest colors and like a Unicorn make me smile. Limes may also have OTHER Unicorn benefits that science still doesn't know about.
